Mindful PT is run by Lorraine O’Brien, a Ho’oponopono certified personal trainer and life coach based in Inverness. With over 25 years of experience, Lorraine has the goal to empower adults within the local community who are lacking confidence. Adopting a no judgement policy and sensitive approach, Mindful PT can help you lose weight, tone up and get fit and improve your overall mental health and wellbeing.

Who are the Classes For

I offer a mix of classes to suit beginners to intermediate. Zumba is for anyone over 18 ‘s who wants to have fun while getting fit. Magic Movers is for over 60’s and Mindful Stretch is ideal for anyone who has been less active lately, who are moving less due to working at a desk or those who find it difficult to switch off their busy minds. Leg bums and tums is ideal to Improve your fitness while toning and sculpting the body.

My Mission

At Mindful PT my mission is to empower adults within our local community who are lacking confidence. I have a no judgement policy and have a sensitive approach to those whose mental health is currently affected. You will always be welcomed with a big smile.
