Magic Movers

Magic Movers is a weekly class for over 60s involving gentle exercises and is ideal for those looking to get out of the house and meet like-minded people. Using aerobic exercises that can be adapted to your ability, movements will support you in improving your fitness and ability and reducing any aches or pains you might be experiencing, while helping to improve your self confidence.
